Leave this small Digital Spy Recorder in a room or vehicle, and when you retrieve it you will have a record of everything that was said in that room in a crystal clear recording that you can play back on the unit itself. It comes complete with a one metre long spy microphone which enables you to hide the unit well out of sight.

The Spy Recorder is powered by two AAA batteries which will power it for thirty seven hours of continuous recording - in average use this means the batteries will last about a week (as much less power is used when the recorder is not recording anything).

The Spy Recorder will hold up to 300 hours of digital recording in low quality recording mode. However, in most situations we recommend using high quality mode as the recording quality is then very good indeed - this gives 6 hours of recorded conversation (and if you think about it, listening to six hours of conversation is going to be quite a task). Remember, because it only records when it hears a sound, you will capture only true recordings, so the recording capacity is not wasted by long silences. This is not a standard digital recorder, it has imperceptible hardware and software modifications to optimise performance.

Recordings can be easily transferred to your PC using the cable supplied - no extra software is required, the recordings play back using Windows media player.
